Once your website is live, it moves into a Care Tier, which includes hosting, technical maintenance, updates and ongoing support to keep your site running smoothly and evolving with your business.
This allows us to properly support, maintain and improve your website over time rather than treating it as a one-off project.
You can submit update requests through your private Client Hub, where we manage content changes, layout adjustments and improvements.
You’re free to continue benefiting from ongoing support and improvements, upgrade your plan, or discuss alternative arrangements if your needs change.
